RETAIL DELIVERY & RETURN POLICY
We currently deliver free of
charge to UK and Ireland.
Leko London welcomes consumer to try
the bags and therefore you can return and do not need to give us a reason. We do realise
that you may be trying to colour match and this is very difficult on a computer
screen.
If
you would like to return/exchange any unsuitable item please go to our Contact
Us page (http://www.leko.co.uk/ContactUs)
and select the Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds subject and please put your
invoice number on the content to request a return. Please note you must notify
us within 30 days from your invoice date to get a full refund.
Please note, items must be returned in its original conditions with the invoice
to help us identify the purchaser.
As we do not return cost of return postage, we highly recommend you to post the
item using recorded delivery as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged
items when you are returning them to us.
We try to refund within a week when we receive
a returned bag, you will get an automatic email confirming your refund from Paypoint
in regards of your refund.
Exchange
If you wish to exchange any item, please order and pay for the new item you
require and return the item you do not want. We will refund as soon as it
arrives and we have checked that it meets our terms and conditions.
Damaged items
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, please email immediately
on receipt and return to us within 7 days. PLEASE NOTE we will not refund or
exchange any faulty items after 7 days.

We can guarantee next day delivery
for orders received before 2pm Monday through Thursday. Orders placed after
2.00pm Monday to Friday, or any time on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday will
be delivered within 2 working days. Please ensure someone will be in the
address to sign for the parcel.

VAT
All prices on our site are in pounds
sterling and are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the prevailing rate.

IMPORTANT: Any customs or import duties are levied once the package
reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must
be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot
predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country;
you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
Trade Return Policy
a. Returns and Exchange
All goods can be returned or
exchanged within 14 days from the date of delivery provided they have a RAN
(Returns Authorisation Number).
To obtain a RAN you must contact
customerservice@leko.co.uk with full details of what you are returning and, if
you would like any garment in exchange.
The Return Authorisation Number
should be written on your original invoice and on the return-shipping label.
b. International Return
If goods are purchased from outside UK and you decided to change your mind, goods can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of delivery. However postage incured for both ways will be deducted from the invoice value and in some distance you maybe liable for the difference.
c. Goods must be returned in their
original condition to:

Please include the original invoice
sent to you along with reason why the goods have been returned. In the case of
a defective item, please in addition provide a full description of the fault.
Please note we cannot accept parcels
back into our warehouse without the ran number clearly market on the outside of
the parcel
For your protection we strongly
recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service or a courier that will offer
proof of delivery. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt and all goods
remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received back by Leko
London.
d. Refunds
All undamaged, correctly returned
products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit/debit card
excluding shipping charges. International customs duties and sales taxes are
non-refundable for shipments outside the European Community (EU). Refunds will
be made within 7 days of receipt of goods.
Delivery costs are not refunded
unless the goods are found to be faulty.
e. Exchanges
Exchanged items will only be
dispatched after the returned goods have been received complete with a RAN and
undergone a quality control check.
